Ingredients
- Philadelphia cream cheese – The rich, creamy base that makes this dip irresistibly smooth and scoopable.
- Sour cream – Adds tangy creaminess that balances out the heat from the jalapenos beautifully.
- Mayonnaise – Helps create that ultra-luxurious texture and keeps the dip from drying out over the fire.
- Italiano shredded cheese – A melty blend that brings bold flavor and the perfect cheese pull.
- Diced jalapenos, canned – Deliver consistent heat and flavor without the prep — because camping should be easy.
- Bacon, cooked and diced – Crispy, salty goodness that instantly upgrades this dip from “yum” to “legendary.” Reserve 1 Tbsp for topping.
- Fresh jalapeno, sliced for topping – Adds a fresh pop of heat and lets everyone know this dip means business.
- Panko breadcrumbs – Creates that crunchy, golden topping.
- Butter, melted – Binds the breadcrumbs and helps them crisp up into buttery perfection.
- Tortilla chips – The sturdy, dependable vehicle required for hauling this cheesy masterpiece to your mouth.
