Ingredients

  • 10 slices of Texas toast
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup fresh berries

Instructions

  • In a quart-sized mason jar, combine the eggs, milk (or cream), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Secure the lid tightly and shake it up until everything is well mixed.
  • Store the jar in your cooler or RV fridge until you’re ready to cook. This is the ultimate make-ahead camping breakfast hack.

  • Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat and coat the surface with butter or oil.
  • Place the French toast on the griddle and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with whipped cream, maple syrup, and fresh berries.
