- 10 slices of Texas toast
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup fresh berries
- Whipped cream
- Maple syrup
In a quart-sized mason jar, combine the eggs, milk (or cream), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Secure the lid tightly and shake it up until everything is well mixed.
Store the jar in your cooler or RV fridge until you’re ready to cook. This is the ultimate make-ahead camping breakfast hack.
When it’s time to cook, pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and dip each slice of Texas toast until coated.
Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat and coat the surface with butter or oil.
Place the French toast on the griddle and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with whipped cream, maple syrup, and fresh berries.
