Campfire Breakfast Skillet Recipe

This campfire breakfast skillet recipe is super easy to make and perfect for adding to your meal planning this summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 White onion diced
  • 1/4 cup Ham diced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare ingredients.  Tip: dice the veggies and ham at home and pack in a freezer bag to use later.
    2. Add oil, veggies and ham to a skillet.
    3. Cook over the fire or grill for 5-10 minutes or until onion is opaque.
    4. Add an egg and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
    5. Top with cheese and season with salt & pepper.
