Delicious Grilled Salmon Steaks

These delicious grilled salmon steaks are sweet, smoky, and perfectly juicy — an easy summer grill recipe that turns fresh fish into a family favorite.

- 6 salmon steaks 1.5" thick
- 1 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 orange juiced
- Parsley for garnish
Rinse and pat the salmon steaks dry with paper towel.
Mix together bourbon and brown sugar in a large baking dish.
Place steaks in the dish and use a spoon to cover each one with the marinade mixture.
Sprinkle fresh garlic over the steaks and squeeze the juice from half of an orange over top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Heat the grill to 400 degrees F.
Cook the steaks for 5 minutes on each side.
Top with fresh parsley and serve.
