Delicious Grilled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 6 salmon steaks 1.5" thick
  • 1 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 orange juiced
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and pat the salmon steaks dry with paper towel.
  • Mix together bourbon and brown sugar in a large baking dish.
  • Place steaks in the dish and use a spoon to cover each one with the marinade mixture.
  • Sprinkle fresh garlic over the steaks and squeeze the juice from half of an orange over top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat the grill to 400 degrees.
  • Cook the steaks for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Top with fresh parsley and serve.
