Skillet Rotel Dip with Ground Beef & Sausage

Easy skillet rotel dip with savory ground beef, melted cheese and zesty tomatoes. This camping recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd!

- 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef cooked
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage cooked
- 1 cup 1/4 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Place all of the ingredients into an 8” skillet.
Heat the grill to 350 F, cover the skillet in foil and cook for 25 mins.
Stir dip and bake for another 5 mins.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
