Skillet Rotel Dip with Ground Beef & Sausage

Easy skillet rotel dip with savory ground beef, melted cheese and zesty tomatoes. This camping recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef cooked
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage cooked
  • 1 cup 1/4 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into an 8” skillet.
  • Heat the grill to 350 F, cover the skillet in foil and cook for 25 mins.
  • Stir dip and bake for another 5 mins.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
