Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Chocolate Bars Hershey’s
  • 1 package of large marshmallows
  • Oreos
  • Chips Ahoy cookies
  • Graham crackers
  • Golden Oreos
  • Pretzels

Instructions

  • Break each of the chocolate bars in half. Place them in the cast iron skillet to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Cover the chocolate bars with marshmallows, making sure the pan is completely full.
  • Place over the coals of the fire for 20 minutes or in an oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows start to brown.
  • While the marshmallows are melting, start arranging the cookies and snack items on the charcuterie board.
  • At this point, the s'mores skillet should be done and you can place it in the center of the charcuterie board.
  • Enjoy while warm!

Notes

  • We like using Hershey bars for this recipe, because the chocolate melts so evenly and quickly, but you can use other varieties as well.
  • If you don’t have a dedicated charcuterie board, you can use a baking sheet or large wooden cutting board instead. Cover it with plastic wrap or parchment paper to simplify cleanup.
  • When assembling the perfect charcuterie board, start with larger items and work down to smaller ones, filling in the bare spots as you go. Small bowls can also be placed on the board to hold small items.
  • Save leftovers by covering the s'mores pan with foil or plastic wrap. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • Use a cast iron skillet to make this over a campfire or portable grill instead of an oven.
  • Pre-pack your ingredients in separate airtight containers to keep everything fresh and organized.
  • Stack fruit onto bamboo skewers for easy dipping.
  • Keep chocolate bars cool by storing them in a shaded spot or cooler during warm weather.
