Servings 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 30g bags of Animal Cracker cookies
  • 1 cup Apple pie filling
  • Whipping cream

Instructions

  • Start by crushing the Animal Cracker cookies right in the bag. You can crush them by hand or use a rolling pin—whatever works for you! These will be the crust of your walking apple pie, so make sure they’re crushed into small bits.
  • Once your Animal Crackers are crushed, spoon in a generous amount of apple pie filling.
  • Now, top it all off with a dollop of whipping cream.
  • Grab a spoon, dig in, and enjoy your Walking Apple Pie!

Notes

  • Don't tear Open the Bag – To prevent spills, cut the bag open with scissors. You don’t want it to tear halfway through eating!
  • Add a Drizzle of Caramel – If you’re feeling extra indulgent, drizzle some caramel sauce over the top before serving. It’ll give your Walking Apple Pie an extra sweet kick that will wow your taste buds.
  • Use Canned Whipped Cream – If you don’t have time to make homemade whipped cream, canned whipped cream is a perfect substitute. Just keep it in the cooler until you’re ready to serve!
  • Try Other Pie Fillings – If you’re not in the mood for apple, feel free to swap the apple pie filling for another fruit filling, like cherry or blueberry. The Animal Crackers work wonderfully with any fruit filling!
  • Pack the Ingredients Separately – To keep everything fresh, pack the apple pie filling, Animal Cracker cookies, and whipping cream in separate containers or bags. When you’re ready, just assemble, and you’re good to go!
