Ingredients

  • 6 30g bags of Teddy Graham crackers
  • 1 cup Pumpkin pie filling
  • Maraschino cherries optional, for garnish
  • Whipping cream

Instructions

  • Start by crushing the Teddy Graham crackers right in the bag. You can use your hands or a rolling pin to crush them into small pieces. These crushed crackers will be your "crust," so make sure they’re nice and crumbly!
  • Once your Teddy Grahams are crushed, scoop in a generous amount of pumpkin pie filling. This creamy, spiced filling is what gives your walking pie that delicious, fall-inspired flavor.
  • Top your creation with a dollop of whipping cream. The creamy, fluffy texture is the perfect complement to the sweet and spiced pumpkin filling.
  • For a fun and festive touch, you can add a couple of maraschino cherries on top. While this is totally optional, the cherries add a little extra sweetness and color to your walking pie!
  • Grab a spoon, dig in, and enjoy your walking pumpkin pie!

Notes

  • To prevent any messy spills, cut open the bag rather than tearing it. Thin bags can tear easily, and that’s the last thing you want when you're enjoying your dessert by the campfire.
  • Pre-crush your Teddy Grahams and pack the pumpkin pie filling and maraschino cherries separately. This makes assembly a breeze when you’re out camping — just add everything to the bag, and you’re ready to enjoy!
  • If you want to switch things up, you could add some cinnamon or pumpkin spice to your whipping cream for an extra burst of flavor. It’ll give your walking pumpkin pie an even more festive, autumn touch.
  • If you’re not a huge fan of pumpkin pie, you can easily switch out the filling for something else, like sweet potato or apple pie filling. The cracker “crust” works perfectly with any pie filling!
  • If you don’t feel like making homemade whipped cream, canned whipped cream works just as well. It’s convenient and perfectly fluffy when you’re ready to serve.
  • Feel free to drizzle a little caramel sauce or chocolate syrup over the top for an indulgent twist on your pumpkin pie. It’s a great way to elevate your walking pumpkin pie if you're feeling extra fancy!
