Ingredients

  • 6 pkg Animal Cracker cookies 30g
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • Whipping cream

Instructions

  • Crush the cookies in the bags before opening.
  • Cut the strawberries into slices.
  • Add a large scoop of pie filling to the crushed animal crackers
  • Top with strawberries and whipping cream.
  • Serve with a spoon and enjoy!

Notes

    • Pre-crush your animal crackers and pack the pie filling and strawberries in separate containers. When you get to camp, all you’ll have to do is assemble everything. Easy peasy!
    • Don’t have animal crackers? No problem! You can swap them out for graham crackers or even vanilla wafers. Just get creative with what you’ve got!
    • If you’re not keen on bringing a can of whipped cream, a small container of homemade whipped cream works just as well. It’s easy to make at home and pack in a cooler.
