This yummy skillet taco camping recipe is a one-pan, kid-approved dinner that's cheesy, hearty, and perfect for quick campfire meals with zero stress.

- 1 pound ground beef prepared
- 1 cup salsa
- Head of lettuce
- 1 cup Tex Mex shredded cheese
- Nacho chips
- Sour cream optional
- Cilantro for garnish
Prepare the ingredients.
Place ground beef, salsa, and cheese in the skillet.
Cook over the fire until cheese is melted and the dish is heated completely.
Top with fresh cilantro.
Serve with lettuce, nachos, and top with sour cream.
- Cook and season the ground beef at home and store it in a large freezer bag for camping. This makes prep and clean up while camping easy!
