Today’s buffalo chicken skillet dip is such a great recipe to take camping because it uses just a few simple ingredients and takes minutes to put together.

Skillet Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • Chicken, cooked and diced – Tender, protein-packed chicken makes this dip hearty enough to count as a snack or lunch. Using rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut.
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded – We always take packaged pre-shredded cheese with us in the trailer for easy cooking.
  • Cream cheese – Adds rich creaminess that balances the heat and keeps the dip smooth and scoopable.
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded – Brings a salty, slightly nutty bite that deepens the overall flavor.
  • Hot sauce – Frank’s Redhot delivers that classic buffalo kick. Add more or less depending on your family’s spice tolerance.
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish – Adds a pop of color and freshness.
