Backpacking Bagel Recipe

- Bagel
- Sliced cheese
- Cooked sausage pattie
- Egg
Set up the jet boil with the pot attachment. Turn it on and heat the small skillet. Cut the bagel and toast both sides.
Prepare the egg. There are a few ways to do this, I packed the egg fully cooked and frozen but you could pack an uncooked egg in the shell to cook onsite.
Heat the sausage pattie and add to the egg and cheese.
Layer the egg, cheese and sausage between the toasted bagel and enjoy!
