Camping Breakfast in a Bag

This camping breakfast in a bag is a great way to pack and prepare breakfast for your next camping trip!

- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 link 100g summer sausage, diced
- 2 white mushrooms diced
- 1 green onion stalk diced
1. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, cheddar cheese, sausage, mushrooms and onion.
2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet on the camp stove or over the open fire.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook on medium, stirring frequently for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Serve warm.
