Easy Camping Breakfast Burritos

These camping breakfast burritos are perfect to make ahead for breakfast when camping in the great outdoors! Delicious and easy to make.

- 1/2 pound cooked ham diced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
Cook onion in skillet until opaque.
Add garlic and ham.
Whisk together eggs & milk and pour over the mixture in the skillet.
Cook for about five minute, stirring constantly.
Add cheddar cheese and mix.
Remove from heat.
In the center of each tortilla, place a 1/2 cup of the egg filling.
Wrap into a burrito and serve or package for reheating later.
