Easy Camping Breakfast Burritos

Make-ahead camping breakfast burritos packed with eggs, ham, and cheese — easy to prep at home, quick to reheat, and perfect for lazy camp mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound cooked ham diced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook onion in skillet until opaque.
  • Add garlic and ham.
  • Whisk together eggs and milk and pour over the mixture in the skillet.
  • Cook for about five minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add cheddar cheese and mix.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In the center of each tortilla, place a 1/2 cup of the egg filling.
  • Wrap into a burrito and serve or package for reheating later.
