Easy Camping Breakfast Burritos

Make-ahead camping breakfast burritos packed with eggs, ham, and cheese — easy to prep at home, quick to reheat, and perfect for lazy camp mornings.

- 1/2 pound cooked ham diced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
Cook onion in skillet until opaque.
Add garlic and ham.
Whisk together eggs and milk and pour over the mixture in the skillet.
Cook for about five minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cheddar cheese and mix.
Remove from heat.
In the center of each tortilla, place a 1/2 cup of the egg filling.
Wrap into a burrito and serve or package for reheating later.
