Easy Camping Breakfast Burritos

These camping breakfast burritos are perfect to make ahead for breakfast when camping in the great outdoors! They are seriously delicious and easy to make.

 
I try to do 90% of my camping meal preparation at home and this meal was no exception.  You can totally make the filling or even the entire burrito at home and just reheat them when you are camping.  Or create the entire recipe while on site, the choice is yours.

Our camping essentials for this recipe:

  1. Cook onion in skillet until opaque.
  2. Add garlic and ham.
  3. Whisk together eggs & milk and pour over the mixture in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about five minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and mix.
  6. Remove from heat.

7. In the center of each tortilla, place a 1/2 cup of the egg filling.

8.  Wrap into a burrito and serve or package for reheating later.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook onion in skillet until opaque.
  2. Add garlic and ham.
  3. Whisk together eggs & milk and pour over the mixture in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about five minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and mix.
