Pie Iron Garlic Bread

Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside — this pie iron garlic bread is the ultimate easy campfire side dish!

- Pillsbury flaky rolls
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- Non-stick cooking spray
Spray the inside of the pie iron with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
Open the tin of rolls and stretch one out onto the inside of the iron.
Spread about 1 tsp of garlic butter onto the roll.
Top with another roll, spread with more garlic butter, and top with a third roll.
Close and latch the iron.
Cook over the fire for approximately 6 minutes per side.
Unlatch and check the bread for doneness frequently so that it does not burn. The garlic bread is done when the dough is golden on the outside.
Open the iron, pull apart the garlic bread, and serve.
