Pie Iron Garlic Bread

Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside — this pie iron garlic bread is the ultimate easy campfire side dish!

Ingredients
  

  • Pillsbury flaky rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Spray the inside of the pie iron with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine the butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Open the tin of rolls and stretch one out onto the inside of the iron.
  • Spread about 1 tsp of garlic butter onto the roll.
  • Top with another roll, spread with more garlic butter, and top with a third roll.
  • Close and latch the iron.
  • Cook over the fire for approximately 6 minutes per side.
  • Unlatch and check the bread for doneness frequently so that it does not burn. The garlic bread is done when the dough is golden on the outside.
  • Open the iron, pull apart the garlic bread, and serve.
