Savory S'mores Recipe

Viral Savory S’mores - the campfire snack you didn’t know you needed. Move over, chocolate and marshmallows, there’s a new s’more in town, and it’s savory!

- Babybel cheese rounds or mini rounds of creamy brie
- Salami slices
- Slices of ham
- Breton crackers
- Jam
- Bread and butter pickles
- Hot honey
- Everything bagel seasoning
Prepare all your ingredients and lay them out on a wooden cutting board.
Skewer a round of Babybel cheese or brie on a marshmallow roasting stick.
Carefully melt the cheese over the hot fire pit coals. Avoid direct flames—cheese burns fast! Heat until it’s just melty.
Place the gooey cheese on a large cracker and layer with salami, ham, and pickles.
Add a small spoonful of fig jam (or your jam of choice), a drizzle of hot honey, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
Take a bite, let your taste buds explode, and try not to eat the whole batch at once!
