Steak and Mushroom Foil Packs

Savor the outdoors with our Steak & Mushroom Foil Packs! Tender steak, potatoes, mushrooms, and savory seasoning cooked to perfection over a campfire.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound steak cut into strips
  • 2 cups baby yellow potatoes halved
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 8 Tbsp garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the BBQ grill to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut up the potatoes, place in a medium microwave safe bowl, and partially cook in the microwave for 3-5 mins. Tip: we do this at home when we pack the potatoes for camping.
  • Cut the steak and slice the mushrooms.
  • Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
  • Top with garlic butter and parsley.
  • Fold foil into a packet.
  • Place the foil packets directly on the grill grate.
  • Cook for 10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
