Steak and Mushroom Foil Packs

Savor the outdoors with our Steak & Mushroom Foil Packs! Tender steak, potatoes, mushrooms, and savory seasoning cooked to perfection over a campfire.

- 1 pound steak cut into strips
- 2 cups baby yellow potatoes halved
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 8 Tbsp garlic butter
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley garnish
Preheat the BBQ grill to 400 degrees F.
Cut up the potatoes, place in a medium microwave safe bowl, and partially cook in the microwave for 3-5 mins. Tip: we do this at home when we pack the potatoes for camping.
Cut the steak and slice the mushrooms.
Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
Top with garlic butter and parsley.
Fold foil into a packet.
Place the foil packets directly on the grill grate.
Cook for 10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
