Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
Total Time 20 minutes mins
- 1 pkg graham crackers 150 g
- Jersey milk chocolate bar 100 g
- Marshmallows 100 g
Line the skillet with parchment paper. This step can be skipped, but it helps to make clean up WAY easier.
Break the graham crackers into pieces and layer them on the bottom of the skillet.
Cover the crackers with a single layer of marshmallows.
Break the chocolate bar into pieces and tuck them into spots between the marshmallows.
Cover the skillet with aluminum foil and cook over the fire or grill for 15-20 minutes.
- When cooking with cast iron, be sure to season the surface first.
- Always use gloves or oven mitts while cooking as the surface of the iron will be hot.
- Cook the recipe over an open fire using hot coals, not open flames. A fire that is too hot will burn the outside of your recipe and not cook the inside.
- Be sure to clean the cast iron with a rough vegetable scrubber, rinse, and dry thoroughly before storing.
