Ingredients

  • Bananas – You want them ripe, but not too mushyโ€”a few brown spots provides a little extra sweetness.
  • Milk chocolate bars – Milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate, or even peanut butter cups will work.
  • Marshmallows – Mini marshmallows melt evenly, but the big ones give you that extra gooey marshmallow stretch.

1. Slice your banana lengthwise to create a ‘boat’ shape, leaving the peel on.
