How to Make Bacon Wrapped Salmon

Skillet Bacon Wrapped Salmon Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets, approximately 3 oz each – Fresh, flaky salmon that cooks up tender and juicy in the skillet.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste – Simple seasonings that enhance the natural flavor of the salmon.
  • Lemon zest – Adds a bright, fresh flavor that balances the richness of the bacon.
  • Bacon strips, uncooked – Wraps the salmon in crispy, salty goodness (a guaranteed crowd-pleaser).
  • Maple syrup – A touch of sweetness that pairs perfectly with the smoky bacon and salmon.

Tip: Costco has the best deal on salmon and we like to buy fresh-caught Pacific salmon whenever possible. The fillets are the perfect size for cooking in a skillet, simply cut into steaks.
