How to Make This Dutch Oven S’more Recipe

Ingredients
- Graham crackers – These crunchy, slightly sweet crackers create the perfect sturdy base for soaking up melted chocolate and marshmallow goodness.
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips – Rich and melty, these add just the right amount of chocolatey decadence without tipping into overly sweet territory.
- Mini marshmallows – Small but mighty, these melt quickly into fluffy clouds of campfire magic.

Instructions
1. Line the Dutch oven with parchment paper. This step can be skipped, but it helps to make clean up WAY easier.
2. Break the graham crackers into pieces and layer them on the bottom of the skillet.

3. Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the crackers.

4. Top with mini marshmallows and repeat these layers if desired.

5. Cover the Dutch oven and cook over the fire or grill for 15-20 minutes.

Cooking with Cast Iron
- When cooking with cast iron, be sure to season the surface first.
- Always use gloves or oven mitts while cooking, as the surface of the iron will be hot.
- Cook the recipe over an open fire using hot coals, not open flames. A fire that is too hot will burn the outside of your recipe and not cook the inside.
- Be sure to clean the cast iron with a rough vegetable scrubber, rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
