How to make this dutch oven nacho recipe
Ingredients:
- Ground beef, cooked and prepared at home
- Bell peppers, diced
- White onion, diced
- Jalapeno pepper, sliced
- Large bag nacho chips
- Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream
- Salsa
Directions
1. Prepare the ground beef at home and cook with 1-2 tsp of taco seasoning.ย Allow it to cool before placing into a large freezer bag for easy storage and packing.
2. Line the dutch oven with parchment paper.ย This is optional but makes clean up a breeze!
3. Layer nacho chips, beef, pepper, onion and cheese in the dutch oven.ย We usually have 2-3 layers of nacho ingredients.
4. Cook, covered,ย over the campfire or grill for 15-20 minutes or until all of the cheese has melted.ย
